广西区运会体育场馆的赛后利用研究——以钦州市比赛场馆为例

On the Use after Games of the Stadium and Gymnasium of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games——Taking stadium and gymnasium of Qinzhou as an example

采用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察等方法对广西区运会后钦州市体育场馆利用情况进行研究。研究发现存在体育场地不足且场馆经营项目单一、社会效益和经济效益发展不均衡、经营效益差距大、管理方式滞后、专业人才缺乏等问题。为此,应加大体育场馆的建设、改造和开发力度,兼顾体育场馆经济效益与公益性,改善场馆周边交通条件,采用现代传媒手段积极宣传,探索钦州特色体育场馆运营管理模式,加大人才的引进和培养力度。

This paper adopted the research methods of literature, interview and field trip to research the use after games of the stadium and gymnasium of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Games. The results showed that many problems including insufficient sports sites, single businesses, uneven society efficacy and economic benefit, imbalanced business efficiency, backward management and lack of professionals existed. The countermeasures included improving the construction, reform and development of the stadium and gymnasium, maintaining balance between society efficacy and economic benefit, enhancing the traffic condition nearby, adopting modern media means for publicity, exploring operation management model with Qinzhou characteristics, and increasing the introduction and cultivation of professionals.
