摘要
通过对RBRVS的文献研究,介绍RBRVS在我国医院绩效薪酬改革中的应用并对其进行评价,以期为我国的医院绩效改革提供建议。RBRVS作为当前部分医院绩效考核的指导方法,在医院和科室层面都得到了广泛的研究与应用。基于RBRVS的医院绩效考核方法能够合理、公正、客观地测定医生的服务价值,调动员工的积极性,但在实际应用过程中还需结合我国当前的医疗服务价格和医疗服务水平。
To study,introduce and assess RBRVS application in China hospital performance salary system reform,and provide suggestions on the reform,the authors find that RBRVS,the guidance in current performance examination of some hospitals,is widely studied and applied in hospitals and departments. RBRVS could reasonably,fairly and objectively measure doctor's service value,and mobilize their initiative but its application should be companied by China current medical service price and medical service level.
