医院信息化建设的思考和建议

Consideration and Suggestions on Hospital Informatization Construction

医院信息化已经成为医院实现精细化管理的必要路径,是医院核心竞争力的综合体现,笔者概括总结了医院在信息化建设中遇到的领导不重视、整体规划及相应的标准缺失、医疗信息化复合型人才匮乏等常见问题,提出通过顶层设计和规划,建立标准,整合规划,信息共享,提高安全保障,培养复合型信息化人才等方式解决这些问题。

Hospital informatization has been a must in refined management of a hospital, and the comprehensive demonstra- tion of a hospital＇ s core competitiveness. The authors generalize and summarize the frequently occurred problems： the leaders paying inadequate attention to. lack of related standard of integrated planning, and the short of versatile talent.
