醉酒驾驶入刑已五年,醉酒型危险驾驶案件仍呈现增加趋势,应引起司法机关及相关管理部门的重视。从某基层检察院办理的醉酒驾驶案件的特点入手进行分析,有助于探讨醉驾型危险驾驶案件的惩处及预防对策,提出意见建议。

Drunk driving has been included in the Criminal Law for five years, yet dangerous drunk driving is still on the rise. This should cause more attention from the judiciary and relevant administrative departments.Starting with the characteristics of dangerous drunken driving cases by a local Procuratorate, this paper explorespenalty and preventive measures for drunk driving cases.
