摘要
简述某钢厂150t转炉汽化冷却系统改造的优点及实际运行参数与理论设计的对比,主要介绍烟道本体结构改造和循环系统的改造,通过对汽化冷却系统实际运行时现场数据的采集分析,优化出满足实际运行要求的烟道系统设计、系统计算及循环流量等参数,实现合理延长汽化系统的使用寿命。
Described the advantages of 150 t converter vaporization cooling system transformation of a steel plant and the comparison between actual operation parameters and theoretical design. It mainly introduces the transformation of the flue body structure and circulation system,collecting and analysing the data of evaporation cooling system in the actual operation,to meet the optimization of requirements of flue gas system design,computation and system circulation flowparameters in actual operation,and reasonable to extend the service life of the vaporization system.
