摘要
目的分离、鉴定无四环素使用史儿童粪便中四环素抗性菌株。方法采用含150μg/m L四环素营养琼脂培养基分区划线法从儿童粪便样本中分离、纯化四环素抗性细菌;通过观察菌落外观形态特征、16S rRNA基因测序法、生理生化试验、梅里埃全自动微生物分析仪鉴定细菌。结果从儿童粪便样本中随机分离出20例细菌,鉴定结果显示均为大肠杆菌。结论在未接触四环素儿童粪便中大肠杆菌是携带四环素抗性的细菌之一。
Objective To isolate and identify the tetracycline resistant strains in fecal of children without tetracycline treatment. Methods The strains were cultivated and isolated by nutrient agar plates with tetracycline( 150μg /m L). The bacterial strains were identified by the characteristics of bacterial colonies,16 S rRNA gene sequencing,bacterial physiological and biochemical tests and Bio Merienx fully- automatic germ analysis system respectively. Results Twenty strains of Escherichia coli were isolated and identified. Conclusion E. coli is one of the tetracycline resistant bacteria in fecal samples of children which without tetracycline treatment.
