摘要
当前激烈的就业竞争和严峻的就业大环境使部分大学生出现了不同程度的就业心理障碍问题。积极心理学作为新世纪现代心理学的新兴范式,关注人类的优点与潜力、幸福与快乐,以培育个体积极人格为终极目标。把积极心理学引入大学生就业心理障碍调适有助于实现大学生就业心理调适的价值平衡,挖掘大学生就业心理调适的积极力量,提供大学生就业心理调适的积极解释。开辟积极心理学在大学生就业心理障碍调适中的实现路径,要培养积极的情绪体验,稳定大学生就业心理情绪;要塑造积极的人格特质,提高大学生就业心理品质;要培育积极的社会组织系统,优化大学生就业心理环境。
At present, fierce competition in employment and severe employment environment make some college students have different levels of employment psychological barriers. Positive psychology, as a new paradigm of mod- ern psychology in the new century, pays close attention to the advantages and potential, happiness and happiness of human beings, in order to cultivate the positive personality of the individual as the ultimate goal.
