摘要
目的为减少因工位器具设计不当对作业人员带来的工伤。方法本文从人因工程的视角出发,以滤清器总成器具为例,运用工作姿势分析系统(OWAS,Ovako Working posture Analysis System)对汽车厂工位器具进行改善研究。结果研究表明应用工作姿势分析系统(OWAS)改善后的工位器具可以在满足零部件配送要求的前提下,最大程度减少作业人员在这一作业过程中的不合理姿势,能够有效保护作业人员。结论工作姿势分析系统(OWAS)用于工位器具的改善具有良好的效果,且操作简单,具有很高的应用价值和推广意义。
Objective To reduce occupational injuries caused by the improper design of working position appara- tus;Methods from the perspective of human factors, Ovako Working Posture Analysis System(OWAS) was applied to improve the working position apparatus, taking filter assembly appartus as an example; Results The results showed that Ovako Working Posture Analysis System (OWAS) can minimize incorrect posture on the premise of meet- ing the requirements of parts distribution, and can also effectively protect the workers from the improper postures in the operation work;Condusion Improving the working position apparatus by using Ovako Working Posture Analysis System(OWAS) is effective, besides, Ovako Working Posture Analysis System(OWAS) is convenient with its high application and promotion value.
