基于提升用户体验的儿童防雾霾口罩设计探索

An Exploration of Children's Anti-smog Mask Design for Improving User Experience

目的大城市里频发的雾霾推动了口罩需求的增长。本研究旨在设计一款适合中国小学生出行佩戴的口罩,在有效防雾霾且经济可行的前提下,能让小学生感到舒适、喜欢,并促进其健康意识。方法在文献研究获取了必要知识的基础上,笔者通过问卷调查、观察访谈、参与性设计等调研方法,分析目标群体在口罩佩戴体验中存在的问题。结果推论总结出可行的设计点:包括外观、材料、防护与通气、接触体验、嗅觉体验;并根据这些设计点提出了设计方案。结论作为提升用户体验的探索,本研究对儿童防雾霾口罩设计具有直接参考价值,也对以儿童为中心的设计过程具有借鉴作用。

Objective This research is aimed at designing a mask for children in primary schools in China to pre- vent them from smog. In addition to effectiveness and cost, it is also important to make the mask comfortable and de- sirable for children to wear. Methods Based on literature study, the authors conducted a questionnaire survey, ob- servation, interview and participatory design to explore existing problems regarding the target users＇ mask - using ex- perience. These investigations result in feasible design opportunities, including appearance, material, function （pro- tection and ventilation）, touching experience, as well as the smelling experience. A design concept was proposed. Conclusion As an exploration of improving user experience, this study illustrates a typical design research process ; it is not only a useful reference for children＇ s anti - smog mask design, but also a valuable case of the children - cen- tered design process.
