达斡尔族是较早摆脱单一渔猎经济的民族,在长期的经济活动过程中,其经济表现为多元化特征,经历了三个阶段。即:17世纪中叶之前的狩猎、捕鱼、农业、商业齐头并进的多元经济模式、17世纪中叶到1949年的以半农半牧为主,多种经营为辅的多元经济模式;1949年至今的以农牧业、工业、旅游业为主的现代化多元经济模式,这种多元化的经济模式为达斡尔族的经济发展和社会进步奠定了重要的物质基础,也成为其他民族学习的榜样。

The Daur nationality is the earlier nation to get rid of single fishing and hunting economy. In the long-term process of economic activities,its economic performance is characterized by diversified features and has experienced three stages,the diversified economy mode of hunting,fishing,agriculture and business developing together before the middle of the 17 th century,the diversified economy mode mainly based on farming and pastoral and with the supplement of multiple business from the middle of the 17 th century to 1949,and the modern diversified economy mode with the domination of pastoral agriculture,industry,and tourism since 1949. This kind of diversified economy mode lays an important material basis for the economic development and social progress and also becomes a national model for other nationalities.
