概念整合理论视野下的会意字形义研究

A Study on the Associative Characters' Structure and Meaning from the Perspective of Conceptual Blending Theory

针对会意字形义研究相对滞后的现状,本文借鉴认知语言学的概念整合理论对会意字形义关系进行分析。文章首先讨论了会意字概念整合研究的可行性;继而讨论会意字参构意符的视觉概念表征功能,及形符与义符在概念表征方式上的差异;并在会意字概念整合分析的基础上认为会意字是表层形体由两个或两个以上表意字符组合而成,深层意义由意符所表征的概念整合而成的合体字,形体与意义之间存在概念表征关系;同时指出概念整合理论视野下的会意字研究具有多方面的研究意义。

In view of the fact that the study of associative characters＇ structure and meaning is relatively behind,this thesis tries to analyze it from the perspective of conceptual blending theory. It firstly discusses the feasibility of the research,the visual concept representation function of the ideograms,and the differences between pictograms and morphemes; then comes up with an idea that Chinese associative characters are composed of two or more ideograms in the structure and the sources of their meaning are concept blending the ideograms represent and the relation between structure and meaning is presentation,which is base on the analysis of concept blending of associative characters; and we find that studying Chinese characters from the perspective of conceptual blending theory has significance in many ways.
