氧化石墨烯的制备及纯棉织物的抗静电整理

Preparation of graphene oxide and antistatic finish of cotton fabric

采用Hummers法制备氧化石墨烯,优化了氧化石墨烯的制备工艺:石墨粉2 g,98%浓硫酸70 m L,高锰酸钾6 g,硝酸钠1 g,反应时间6 h。研究了氧化石墨烯在纯棉织物上的抗静电效果,结果表明,将棉布置于4 g/L氧化石墨烯,10 g/L无水碳酸钠,10 g/L氯化钠,浴比1∶50的整理液中,100℃浸渍处理50 min后,用5 g/L保险粉还原30 min,得到的还原氧化石墨烯棉织物表现出较好的抗静电性能。

Preparation of graphene oxide by Hummers method is introduced. The prepared process is op- timized as follows： graphite powder 2 g, 98% sulfuric acid 70 mL, potassium permanganate 6 g,sodium nitrate 1 g, reaction time 6 h. Effects of graphene oxides on antistatic property of cotton fabric are stud- ied. The results show that cotton fabric has good antistatic property when first treated at 100 ℃for 50 min with graphene oxide 4 g/L, sodium carbonate 10 g/L, sodium chloride 10 g/L, bath ratio 1：50, fol- lowed by reduced with 5 g/L sodium hydrosulfite for 30 min.
