胃癌术后患者癌因性疲乏的调查分析

Cancer related fatigue in patients with gastric cancer after operation survey analysis

目的:了解胃癌术后患者癌因性疲乏情况并进行分析。方法:采用癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)对343位胃癌术后患者进行调查。结果:胃癌术后患者均存在不同程度的疲乏状态,中度疲乏最为明显。不同性别、年龄、婚姻、收入、文化程度、职业、术后阶段的胃癌术后患者的CRF症状都在差异。结论:胃癌术后患者普遍存在的CRF症状,要根据病人不同的特点,采取有效措施帮助其应对CRF症状,提高生存质量。

Objective： To understand the status of cancer- related fatigue in gastric cancer patients after operation and analysis. Methods： Used the Cancer Fatigue Scale to investigate 343 gastric cancer patients after operation. Results： There were different degrees of fatigue in patients with gastric cancer after operation,which was including moderate degree fatigue was the most obvious.There were statistically significant differences in the symptoms of CRF among different gender,ages,marriages,revenues,educations,vocations,and postoperative stages in patients with gastric cancer after operation. Conclusion： The symptoms of CRF were common in patients with gastric cancer after operation. In order to improve the quality of their life,we should take effective measures to help them to cope with the symptoms of CRF by the different characteristics of the patients.
