摘要
定性指标数据量化或考核指标定量描述促进了目标绩效考核的方式改革,提高考核的公平公正,确保达到考核的目标。对专业建设、专业评估、专业诊断的数据量化以及对师资队伍建设过程绩效考核指标量化意义的研究,旨在为目标绩效考核指标的数据量化指明方向,促进高职院校实现跨越式发展。
The quantization of qualitative indexes and evaluation indexes is, to a certain extent, a strong impetus to the objective performance evaluation reform, improving the fairness and justice of assessment and ensuring the assessment targets. The quantitative data of professional construction, professional assessment,professional diagnosis and performance assessment indicators of teachers is to indicate the direction for the quantization of objective performance evaluation indexes and promote higher vocational colleges to develop by leaps and bounds.
