摘要 根据应用型法律人才培养的要求,我国大多数设置有法学专业的高等院校均开设了法律诊所教育实践课程,以此作为实践教学的平台,同时也将其作为法学教育改革的重要举措。但是由于高校自身资源有限,以一己之力建设具有特色的法律诊所课程也是举步维艰,遂亟需引进更多的社会力量、社会资源共建法律诊所课程。文章就法律诊所课程运行过程中的现状以及面临的困境进行分析,进而就校地共建路径进行探索,以期对法律诊所课程建设有所帮助。 In order to meet the requirements of cultivating application-oriented talents, most of colleges and universities arranged with a law major in China offer a clinical legal course which acts as a platform of practical education and contributes to the reform of legal education. However, it is difficult for universities to establish the clinical legal course on their own due to their limited resources. More social forces and resources are required to co-construct the clinical legal course. In this paper, we analyzed present situation of the clinical legal course and difficulties it faced during its operation, and then explored methods for university and local government co-construction of the clinical legal course, so as to facilitate construction of the course.
