中等职业教育前景广阔,但学生对学习的倦怠情绪令人堪忧,已引起社会和学校的高度重视。形成中等职业学校学生学习倦怠的原因很多,有其自身的原因、家庭的原因、社会的原因、学校的原因以及其他原因。文章从学校教学管理的角度来分析学生学习倦怠的成因以及对策。

The prospect of secondary vocational education is broad, but the students＇ learning burnout is worrying, which has attracted the attention of the society and the school. There are many reasons for the secondary vocational school students＇ learning burnout, including its own reasons, family reasons, social reasons,school reasons and so on. This paper analyzes the causes and countermeasures of students＇ learning burnout from the perspective of the school teaching management.
