深圳地区9种常见呼吸道病原体IgM抗体结果

Analysis the levels of IgM antibodies against the nine kinds of common respiratory pathogens

目的了解深圳地区儿童急性呼吸道感染的常见病原体及其感染特点。方法采用间接免疫荧光法联合检测患儿血清中常见的9种呼吸道病原体的IgM抗体。分析9种病原体及不同年龄组的抗体检出率。结果 3602例血清标本中共检出IgM抗体阳性1397例,阳性率为38.8%,其中嗜肺军团菌1型（LP1）、肺炎支原体（MP）、Q热立克次体（COX）、肺炎衣原体（CP）、腺病毒（ADV）、呼吸道合胞病毒（RSV）、甲型流感病毒（IFA）、乙型流感病毒（IFB）和副流感病毒1、2和3型（PIVS）的IgM抗体阳性率分别为1.67%、20.85%、0.28%、0.19%、1.75%、1.33%、0.50%、25.49%和0.69%;9种呼吸道病原体血清IgM抗体单个抗体阳性率为24.4%,两种及以上抗体阳性率为14.4%;≤6月、6月-2岁、2-5岁、5-13岁年龄组人群病原体抗体阳性率分别为0.73%、36.48%、65.68%、67.98%。结论不同地区应建立本地区急性呼吸道感染病原普,避免药物不合理应用,同时病原体抗体检出率与年龄有关系。

Objective To study the pathogens and characteristics of acute respiratory infections in children who live in Shenzhen. Method Indirect immunofluorescence assay was applied to detect IgM antibodies of 9 common respiratory pathogens. Result There were 1 397 positive cases in the 3 602 serum samples,with apositive rate of 38.8%. The IgM positive rates against Legionella pneumophila 1 type（LP1）, Mycoplasma pneumoniae（MP）, Q fever rickettsia（COX）,Chlamydia pneumonia（CP）, Adenovirus（ADV）,Respiratory syncytial virus（RSV）,Influenza A virus（FIu A）,Influenza Bvirus（Flu B）,parainfluenza virus type 1, 2, and 3（PIVS） were 1.67%, 20.8%, 0.28%, 0.19%,1.75%,1.33%,0.50%,25.49% and 0.69%, respectively. A single antibody positive rate was 24.4%,2 or more antibody positive rate was 14.4%;IgM antibody positive rates of ≤6 months, 6 months to 2 years, 2-5 years, 5-13 years age groups were 0.73%, 36.48%,65.68% and 67.98%, respectively. Conclusions In order to avoid unreasonable application of drugs, we should establish the local pathogen spectrum.Also there was certain correlation between the pathogens detection rate and age.
