Study of normal reference range of ALT,TBIL,DBIL,CREA and UREA in Zhangjiakou region, the Han nationality

目的研究张家口地区汉族人群丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）、肌酐（CREA）、尿素（UREA）正常参考区间范围。方法对张家口地区20-59岁汉族人群ALT、TBIL、DBIL、CREA、UREA检测结果进行统计分析,制定正常参考区间范围。结果张家口地区健康成年人ALT参考区间为5.1-44.3U/L,TBIL参考区间为7.2-25.9μmol/L,DBIL参考区间为0.4-5.3μmol/L,CREA参考区间为59.4-130.2μmol/L,UREA参考区间为2.1-6.8 mmol/L。健康成年人不同性别ALT、TBIL、DBIL、CREA、UREA参考区间稍有差异,但差异无统计学意义,不同年龄段上述指标参考区间也基本一致。结论本研究根据排除标准严格筛选参考人群,调查结果基本反映了张家口地区ALT、TBIL、DBIL、CREA、UREA水平,可供临床医师、检验人员参考。

Objective To study the normal reference range of alanine aminotransferase（ALT）, total bilirubin（TBIL）,direct bilirubin（DBIL）, creatinine（CREA） and urea（UREA） in Zhangjiakou region of the Han nationality people.Method Statistical analysis of the levels of ALT,TBIL,DBIL, CREA and UREA, and formulate the normal reference range for Han nationality population. Results The reference range for healthy adults of the Han nationality people in Zhangjiakou region for ALT was 5.1-44.3 U / L, TBIL was 7.2 -25.9 μmol / L, DBIL was 0.41 -5.3 μmol / L, CREA was59.4 -130.2 μmol / L,and UREA was 2.1 -6.8 mmol / L.Healthy adults of different gender ALT, TBIL, DBIL, CREA,UREA reference interval is a little difference, but there was no statistically significant difference, different age paragraph the above index reference range is almost the same. Conclusion The selection for the reference groups was according to exclusion criteria, the results of the survey reflected the basic regional ALT,TBIL,DBIL, CREA and UREA levels, and provided a reference for the clinicians and inspectors.
