综合护理干预对颅脑外伤患者生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度的改善效果分析

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Life Quality, Life Quality and Nursing Satisfaction of Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨综合护理干预对颅脑外伤患者生活能力和生活质量及护理满意度的改善效果。方法通过前后对比方式进行研究,比较与分析上海市浦东医院2015年2月—2016年2月收治的197例颅脑外伤患者护理干预前后生活能力、生活质量及对护理满意度情况。研究期间采用日常生活能力Barthel指数评分评价患者干预前后日常生活能力情况,采用WHOQOL100中文版评价患者干预前后各项生活质量改善情况,通过问卷调查形式获取患者对护理的满意度情况。结果干预后,患者日常生活能力Barthel指数评分为(86.9±11.69)分较干预前(39.74±8.78)分,明显增加,P<0.05;干预后,患者各项生活质量指标评分较干预前明显提高,且护理满意度评分明显高于干预前,P<0.05。结论实施综合护理干预可有利于改善颅脑外伤患者生活能力,从而改善其生活质量,最终提高其护理满意度,有利于促进护患关系的和谐。

OBJECTIVE To explore comprehensive nursing intervention improved brain injury living and life quality of care and patient satisfaction results. METHODS Based on the comparison of the methed before and after the intervention, the former 197 cases of traumatic brain injury patients admitted to nursing intervention, after living, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing situation in Dudong Hospital February 2015 - February 2016 were anolyzed. Before adopting daily living Barthel index score of patients during the study intervention, after the case of daily living, using the Chinese version of the evaluable patients WHOQOL100 before and after the intervention of the improvement of the quality of life, access to patient satisfaction with nursing situation by questionnaire form. RESULTS After the intervention, patients with activities of daily living Barthel index score was （86.9±11.69） before intervention （39.74±8.78） points obviously increased points, P〈0.05; after the intervention, the patient quality of life index score improved significantly than before the intervention, and care satisfaction scores were significantly higher than before the intervention, P 〈0.05. CON- CLUSION The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention could help improve the living ability of patients with traumatic brain injury, so as to improve their quality of life, ultimately improve the nursing satisfaction and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.
