肾癌患者外周血T细胞亚群比例的变化及临床意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8在肾癌中的表达及其与肾癌的发生、发展以及患者预后之间的关系。方法:选取无锡市中医医院病理确诊的肾癌患者36例(肾癌组),治疗前分为早期组、中晚期组,治疗后分为预后良好组、预后较差组,选择同期健康体检者32例(对照组),采用流式细胞技术检测外周血T细胞中CD3、CD4、CD8细胞亚群的表达并比较。结果:肾癌组CD3、CD4表达明显低于对照组,CD8高于对照组(P<0.05)。中晚期组CD3、CD4表达明显低于早期组(P<0.05),两组CD8表达差异无统计学意义。预后良好组患者CD3、CD4细胞表达在治疗后较治疗前明显升高,CD8细胞明显降低(P<0.05);预后较差组患者CD3、CD4和CD8细胞治疗后与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肾癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4细胞数降低,CD8升高,可能与肾癌的发生、发展及预后有关。
