竹叶青蛇咬伤血液学指标动态变化的研究

Hematological dynamics after Trimeresurus snake bite

目的探讨竹叶青蛇咬伤血液学指标动态变化。方法选取我科收治的竹叶青蛇咬伤患者60例为研究对象,测定患者经过热毒宁注射液治疗前与治疗后不同时间段内血液指标变化情况,包括凝血酶原时间(PT)、D-二聚体(D-D)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原定量(Fg)、白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)指标。结果 60例竹叶青蛇咬伤患者在治疗后2 d和4 d的PT、D-D、APTT、TT、Fg、WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT水平均较治疗前明显改善,半个月内均恢复正常水平,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60例均痊愈出院,且出院后随访3个月,所有患者未发现相关并发症及后遗症。结论竹叶青蛇咬伤之后患者的血液学指标存在明显的异常情况,经过热毒宁治疗后患者血液学指标逐渐得到恢复。

Objective To investigate the hematological dynamics after Trimeresurus snake bite. Methods Sixty cases of Tri- meresurus snake bite admitted to our department were measured of hematological dynamics after the Reduning injection treatment during different periods. Serum index include prothrombin time（PT） , D-dimer（DD） , activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT） , thrombin time（TT）, fibrinogen （Fg）, white blood cell count （WBC）, red blood cell count （RBC）, hemoglobin volume （HGB）, platelet （PLT） count. Results Indexes of PT,DD,APTT,TT,Fg,WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT of 60 cases of Trimeresurus snake bite were significantly im- proved 2 days and 4 days after treatment, gradually returning to normal level（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The patients were cured and discharged from hospital after three months without complications. Conclusion Hematological dynamics of patients with Trimeresurus snake bite after treatment of Reduning injection treatment gradually return normal.
