城乡物流一体化发展水平评价与对策研究——以安徽省为例

On the Development Level Evaluation and Countermeasure of Urban and Rural Integrated Logistics with Anhui Province as an Example

城乡物流一体化需要城市物流与农村物流相互渗透、相互融合、协调发展。城乡物流一体化评价是对城市物流和农村物流融合程度的综合性评价。构建新型城镇化背景下城乡物流一体化发展水平评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对安徽省城市物流和农村物流协调发展程度进行测度,在此基础上,可有效提出城乡物流一体化发展的对策建议。安徽省城乡物流一体化发展整体呈逐年上升趋势,但一体化建设的力度依然不够,整体水平有待提高;农村龙头企业数、物流人才培养数、物流基础设施投资额、公路网密度、邮电业总量和水路网密度等指标对城乡物流一体化发展水平影响显著。

Urban and rural integrated logistics requires mutual penetration, integration and coordi- nated development between urban and rural logistics. Evaluation of urban and rural integrated lo- gistics is an overall assessment of the extent that they merge with each other. The paper constructs an evaluation index system under the background of new urbanization and applies the factors a- nalysis method to evaluate Anhui urban and rural integrated logistics development level. Based on this, the paper gives suggestions as countermeasures. The results show that Anhui urban and rural integrated logistics development level tends to get improved year by year, but the effort to con- struct rural 1 integrated logistics is still not enough, and the overall level needs promotion;the number of eading companies and logistics talents trained, investment amount of logistics infrastruc- ture, density of highway network, the overall post service and density of canal network all have re- markable effect on urban and rural integrated logistics development level in Anhui provence.
