基于一致性改进算法的电子政务信息共享模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对电子政务信息共享模式的选择决策问题,提出了一种基于互补判断矩阵一致性改进算法的电子政务信息模式选择决策方法。该方法运用基于最优化模型得到的最小非负偏差变量对非一致性互补判断矩阵进行一致性改进,使得调整后的互补判断矩阵满足满意一致性条件,从而得到电子政务信息共享模式排序向量以及合理可靠的决策结果,并应用于政务组织信息共享模式的选择中。 For the decision making problems with selection of E - government information sharing mode, a choice making method based on improved algorithm for consistency of complementary judgment matrix (CJM) is devel- oped. Based on the optimization model, the minimum non - negative deviation variables are obtained, which are used to adjust unacceptably additive consistent CJM into an acceptably additive one. The priority weight vector of E -government information sharing mode is obtained, and it helps the governmental organization to obtain the rea- sonable and reliable decision making results, and finally it is applied to the choice of the information sharing mode of the government organization.
