摘要
研究了随钻声波传输中压电换能器声源发射功率,提出了并联式压电换能器阵列双频匹配方式。实验结果表明,该方法能使压电换能器声源机械转换效率达到最大,在双频谐振点的发射功率达到200 W以上,满足随钻声波传输现场的功率输出要求,提高了声波的传输距离,为实现基于压电换能器阵列声源的声波长距离传输奠定了基础。
In this paper, the piezoelectric transducer sound source power in acoustic transmission is studied, and the dual frequency matching mode of parallel piezoelectric transducer array is proposed. Experimental results show that the new method makes conversion efficiency of piezoelectric transducer reach the maximum. When the trans- mitting power of the dual frequency resonant point reached more than 200W and met the requirements of the power output of the transmitted acoustic field while drilling, it could effectively improve the acoustic transmission dis- tance, which would lay a foundation for the realization of long distance transmission based on the acoustic source of piezoelectric transducer array.
