摘要
将两种不同浓度的碳纳米管悬浊液,通过浸渍法与涤纶织物复合制得碳纳米管/涤纶复合织物,并对复合织物的宏观和微观形态特征进行测试。采用感应式织物静电测试仪,利用定压法和定时法两种不同方法研究织物复合前后的峰值电压、衰减后电压、半衰期电压、衰减时间等电学性能的变化情况;并通过对比涤纶织物复合碳纳米管前后的电学指标,定量得出碳纳米管的引入对涤纶织物电学性能的改善情况。
Polyester fabric was immersed in carbon nanotubes suspension with different concentration to obtain carbon nanotubes/ polyester composite fabrics. The morphological characteristics and properties of composite fabrics were tested. Using electrostatic tester, a series of static electrical indicators of fabrics were measured. The improvement of carbon nanotubes on the static electrical properties of polyester fabrics was quantitatively estimated.
