摘要
介绍了气流纺纱系统的原理和特点,对新疆现有几种纺纱系统下的纺纱性能进行了比较,发现气流纺纱在条干不匀、长毛羽和捻度等方面都有所改善。对新疆气流纺纱技术所面临的问题进行了分析,供新疆相关棉纺织企业参考。
The principles and characteristics of rotor spinning system were introduced. The yarn performances among the yarn spinning systems in Xinjiang were compared. The results showed that the unevenness, hairiness and twist were all improved. The problems in Xinjiang textile mills＂ rotor spinning system were analyzed to provide a reference for the cotton textile enterprises in Xinjiang province.
