福建省乙肝高流行区育龄妇女乙肝知识、态度、行为与接种率调查

Survey on knowledge,attitude,behavior and vaccination rate among women of childbearing age with hepatitis B in high endemic areas,Fujian province

目的了解福建省乙肝高流行区育龄妇女乙肝的知识、态度、行为及乙肝疫苗接种情况,为福建省乙肝健康教育对策提供依据。方法 2013年11月在乙肝高流行区晋江、南安、安溪按照分层随机抽样原则,分别选择15~、20~、30~、40~49岁4个年龄组的育龄期妇女共1 863名进行调查,外地育龄妇女（户籍为非福建省）的比例≥25%。结果福建乙肝高流行区育龄妇女乙肝知识知晓率为29.34%,态度、行为正向率分别为45.57%、31.63%,本地育龄妇女乙肝知识知晓率、态度、行为正向率分别为30.42%、51.35%、33.18%,高于外地育龄妇女的26.50%、30.86%、29.94%（P〈0.01）;乙肝疫苗接种率28.30%,本地（29.00%）高于外地（28.29%）（P〉0.05）。育龄妇女乙肝知识获取途径以医生、广播、电视为主,分别占42.97%、31.25%。结论福建省乙肝高流行区育龄妇女乙肝知识知晓率较低,乙肝疫苗接种率较低。

Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude,behavior,and hepatitis B vaccination rate among women of childbearing age in high prevalence areas of hepatitis B in Fujian province,so as to provide the basis for the health education of hepatitis B. Methods In high hepatitis B prevalence areas such as Jinjiang,Nan＇an,and Anxi,November,2013,1 863 women of childbearing aged from 15 to 19years,20 to 29years,30 to 39years,and 40 to 49years were selected to conduct a survey with stratified random sampling principle,the proportion of migrant women of childbearing age（household non-Fujian province）was≥30%. Results The hepatitis B awareness rate among women of childbearing age was29.34%in high prevalence areas of hepatitis B in Fujian province,the attitude positive rate and behavior positive rate was45.57% and 31.63% respectively,the hepatitis B awareness rate,attitude positive rate and behavior positive rate among local women of childbearing age was 30.42%,51.35%,and 33.18% respectively,higher than that of migrant women of childbearing age,which was 26.18%,30.86% and 29.94% respectively.The hepatitis B vaccination rate was 28.30%,there was no difference between local women and migrant women.Women of childbearing age got the hepatitis B knowledge mainly via doctors,radio and television,accounting for 42.97% and 31.25% respectively. Conclusion The awareness rate of hepatitis B in the high prevalence areas of hepatitis B in Fujian province is low,and the hepatitis B vaccination rate is low.
