从腹泻患儿粪便中检出1株木糖氧化产碱杆菌

摘要 目的了解腹泻病人粪便中分离的疑似木糖产碱杆菌系统生化鉴定和耐药试验情况,为临床用药提供依据。方法2015年12月从1例儿童腹泻病人粪便中检出1株菌株疑似菌为木糖氧化产碱杆菌,分离培养依据腹泻病症候群监测技术方案进行,菌株鉴定使用MicroScan auto AS4微生物分析仪,药敏试验采用96孔板微量肉汤稀释法。结果疑似菌为木糖氧化产碱杆菌,概率为95.03%,该株菌只对复方新诺明、强力霉素、环丙沙星、阿奇霉素、头孢西丁、亚胺培南6种抗生素敏感。结论该菌株为木糖氧化产碱杆菌,耐药情况严重。 Objective To understand biochemical identification and drug resistance of the suspected Alcaligenes Xylosoxidans isolated from feces of one diarrhea child,so as to provide basis for clinical medication. Methods A suspected Alcaligenes Xylosoxidans isolated from the feces of a diarrheal child in December 2015.According to the technical scheme for monitoring of diarrhea disease syndrome to isolate and cultivate the Alcaligenes Xylosoxidans and identification the strain by using MicroScan auto AS4 microorganism analyzer;drug sensitivity were detected by using 96-well plate broth microdilution method. Results The suspected strain was Alcaligenes Xylosoxidans in 95.03% possibility,and sensitive to cotrimoxazole,doxycycline,ciprofloxacin,azithromycin,cefoxitin and imipenem. Conclusion The drug resisitance of the Alcaligenes Xylosoxidans is serious.
