应用神经组织工程治疗脊髓和周围神经损伤的新策略

摘要 中枢神经系统损伤后其自发的再生能力有限,而周围神经系统和其不同,具有一定的再生能力,但其再生能力缓慢且有限,并不能满足机体需要。因此,需要新的治疗策略来促进组织修复,恢复运动功能。组织再生策略,尤其是应用生物材料持续向损伤区输送生物活性分子,已经在动物实验中取得了显著的成果,并且组织工程策略具有很大的临床应用前景。因此,本综述主要阐述应用神经组织工程方法治疗中枢神经系统和周围神经系统损伤的新策略。 The central nervous system (CNS) has a limited capacity to spontaneously regenerate following traumatic injury, unlike those in the peripheral nervous system(PNS). The PNS axons can regenerate, however, the regeneration is often limited and slow and cannot fulfill the needs. It's requiring innovative strategies to promote tissue repair and functional recovery. Tissue regeneration strategies, especially using of biomaterials to sustain delivery biologics to injury sites, have demonstrated promising results in experimental animal models and have great prospect to translate clinically. This review will highlight new approach using neural tissue engineering for CNS and PNS injury.
