摘要
所谓可靠性维修,即RCM,就是恢复设备技术性能,并有效增加使用寿命的方式。目前阶段,可靠性维修理论逐渐被国内外的同行所关注。把可靠性维修当作标准的维修原则与维修指导,并制定出科学合理的维修方案,运用到实际的维修中。RCM就是实现预防维修、主动维修与预测维修的平衡,也就是通过预测维修为医疗设备运行状态提供准确的参数,并保证主动维修与预防维修的平衡。
The so-called reliability maintenance, namely the RCM, was to restore equipment technical performance, and effective way to increase the service life. At this stage, reliability maintenance theory gradually attention by domestic and foreign counterparts. The reliability and maintenance as a standard maintenance principle and maintenance instructions, and to develop a scientific and reasonable maintenance scheme, used in the actual maintenance. RCM is to implement preventive maintenance, the balance of proactive maintenance and predictive maintenance, namely by predicting maintenance to provide accurate parameters for medical equipment running status, and to ensure that the balance of the active maintenance and preventive maintenance.
