新疆紫草不同极性萃取部位体外抗氧化活性研究

Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Different Polar Extracts from Arnebia Enchroma in Vitro

目的:研究新疆紫草不同极性萃取部位体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH·)自由基清除法、超氧阴离子(O2-·)自由基清除法、羟基(·OH)自由基清除法,测定新疆紫草不同极性萃取物的体外抗氧化活性,并与阳性对照进行比较与评价。结果:不同极性萃取部位对DPPH·、羟基(·OH)自由基及超氧阴离子(O2-·)自由基均有消除能力并呈明显的量效关系,其中乙酸乙酯层、水层、正丁醇层具有较好的抗氧化活性。乙酸乙酯层浓度为1.2 mg/m L以上时,对DPPH·的清除能力超过对照品维生素C。结论:新疆紫草提取物不同极性萃取部位均具有一定的抗氧化活性。其中极性溶剂层抗氧化能力显著。本研究为筛选新疆紫草抗氧化作用部位提供了理论依据。

Objective： To study the antioxidant activity of different polar extracts from Arnebia enchroma. Methods： The 1,1-dipheny-2-picrydrazyl （DPPH·）, superoxide anion （O2-·） and hydroxyl radical （·OH） scavenging activity were used to determine and evaluate the anti-oxidant activity of different polar extracts from Arnebia enchroma and compare with positive control Vitamin C （VC）. Results： The different polar extracts showed scavenging activity on DPPH＇, （O2-·） hydroxyl radical （·OH） and superoxide anion, with obvious dose effect relationship. When the consistency of ethyl acetate layer was beyond 1.2 mg/mL, the antioxidant ability of cleaning DPPH was over VC.Conclusion： The different polar extracts from Arnebia enchroma possessed certain antioxidant activity. The polar solvent possessed the most significant activity. The study will be benefit for the deep research of activity of different polar extracts antioxidant function of Amebia enchroma.
