Advances on Clinical Application of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction (复元活血汤) for Fractures

对近年来有关复元活血汤在骨折中的临床应用研究进行综述,发现其对于促进骨折的愈合、缓解骨折处的肿胀疼痛、改善脊柱骨折后的腹胀便秘、缓解骨折后的发热,临床疗效显著;但其机理尚需大量的临床研究来进一步证实。

By reviewing recent clinical studies on Fuyuan Huoxue decoction for fractures, we conclude that Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction has notable effects on promoting fracture healing, relieving local swelling, eliminating constipation after spinal fractures and alleviating post fracture fever. Yet further research is required to determine its mechanism.
