冲突与协商:私人空间兼公共空间的大学生宿舍

Conflict and Negotiation: Private Space and Public Space in University Students' Dormitories

借用齐美尔关于"城市是陌生人相遇的地方"的观点,城市既是异质人的聚集地,也是陌生人的交往之地。大学生宿舍是最典型、最集中、最基础的陌生人相聚的实体空间。大学生宿舍是当今社会构成的极其重要的基本单位。近年来,屡屡发生大学生宿舍恶性案件警示我们要重视这个空间的人际传播的研究。本文将研究视野定位于大学生宿舍这个实体空间,首先指出大学生宿舍空间的构成要件"人"以及空间属性"私人性和公共性"。其次分析了该实体空间内可能发生的冲突,主要包括差异性交往与神秘性互动中的冲突、对异己空间的争夺与心理健康的影响以及话语及话语权的冲突。最后本文试图为上述冲突的解决提供一些可行性建议,在遇到矛盾冲突时,要进行内部成员间的协商、通过集体记忆的方式构建良性空间氛围,并且要注重彼此间的互动性沟通。

Simmel once pointed out that ＂City is the place to meet strangers＂. It is not only the place to gather the heterogeneous people, but also the place for strangers to communicate with each other. University Students＇ dormitory is the most typical, concentrated and basic entity space for strangers to gather. University Students＇ dormitory is the extremely important basic unit in today＇s society constitute. Nowadays, university students enrollment ratio as high as 80%, which means that there are more than 80% people will enter and experience collective life for four years or more. This special experience will make great influence for later life and communication. Recently, frequent occurrence of university Students＇ dormitory malignant cases warn us that we should pay more attention to the interpersonal communication with regard to entity space. Thus the study focus on the entity space of the university dormitory, which is committed to improving the dormitory life quality and creating a harmonious dormitory.
