15种碱茅属牧草苗期抗旱性鉴定

摘要 牧草苗期抗旱性的动态变化研究,对干旱地区的牧草选育意义重大。试验选取15份来自不同地区的碱茅属(Puccinellia)种质材料进行抗旱性研究,采用盆栽法,在苗期干旱胁迫下测定干旱第0、5、10天叶片细胞膜透性、叶绿素、丙二醛、脯氨酸和可溶性糖的含量,并运用Fuzzy数学中隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评判,比较15种材料的抗旱性强弱。结果表明,连续干旱胁迫下,15种碱茅属种质材料随着干旱胁迫强度的增大和时间的延长叶绿素含量显著降低(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);而细胞膜透性、脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖含量显著增加(P<0.05),且种间也具显著差异(P<0.05);经评定碱茅属15种牧草苗期抗旱性顺序为:I-5-2-16>I-5-2-5>I-5-1-1>I-5-5-1>I-5-4-8>I-5-7-5>I-5-7-1>I-5-2-8>I-5-2-19>I-5-4-3>I-5-1-15>I-5-1-14>I-5-2-12>I-5-1-20>I-5-2-23。 The research on the dynamic variation of drought resistance in forages root system played significant roles in forage introduction and screening, especially in drought areas. 15 Puccinellia germplasm materials from different areas were chosen as experimental materials, survey taken in the dynamic variation of MDA, content of chlorophyll, relative electrical conductivity rate, soluble sugar and protein in 0d, 5d, 10d. In the experiment, fuzzy mathematics method were adopted to evaluate the drought's resistance ability. The results indicated that relative electrical conductivity rate, MDA, soluble sugar and protein contents of every herbage had increased significantly and trend with increasing the drought stress intensive and time extending (P〈0.05) ,there is significant difference between species (P〈0.05) . The Content of chlorophyll contents of every herbage had significant declined trend with increasing the drought stress intensive and time extending (P〈0.05) , there is significant difference between species (P〈0.05) . The drought resistance ability of Puccinellia gramineous grass species tests evaluated as: 1-5-2-16〉1-5-2-5〉1-5-1-1〉1-5-5-1〉1-5-4-8〉1-5-7-5〉1-5-7-1〉 1-5-2-8 〉1-5 -2-19〉 1-5 -4-3 〉1-5 - 1 - 15 〉1-5 - 1-14〉 1-5-2-12〉1-5 - 1-20〉 1-5-2-23.
