我国临床医学研究的现状、障碍及对策分析

Current Situation,Obstacles and Countermeasures of Clinical Research in China

我国拥有丰富的临床研究资源,然而临床医学研究却得不到应有的重视,高质量、高水平的临床研究成果产出率低,论文数量多但缺乏影响力。观念落后、人才短缺、财政支持不足、专业化平台匮乏、患者依从性差及管理不规范等问题严重阻碍临床医学研究的发展。加强临床医学研究,必须破除障碍:应积极转变观念,形成临床与科研一体化的价值导向;培养人才,打造高素质研究团队;加大财政投入,提供全方位支持;设立研究中心,搭建专业化平台;加强随访,建立规范化管理体系等,推动中国发展成为国际临床医学研究基地和医学知识的输出大国。

Comparing with the rich clinical resources, the clinical research in China has not been paid much attention. There is a low rate of high-quality or high-level research outcomes, comparing to the large quantity of published papers, few of which has influence. There are several obstacles impeding the development of clinical research in China, such as the conservative ideas, shortage of talents, less financial and policy supports, lack of professional platforms and poor patient compliance. To improve the quality of clinical research, some countermeasures need to be taken, including renewing research perceptions of integrating scientific research with clinical practice, building up high qualified research teams, increasing financial investment and providing full support, establishing study centers and setting up professional platforms. Additionally, it is also important to strengthen the follow-up of the research subjects and establish a standardized research management system. Only by then can China become an international clinical research base and turn into a big exporter of medical knowledge.
