摘要
为了解医生角色压力与职业成长的相关关系,对兰州市三甲医院医生做问卷调查。结果显示,年龄、科室、职称在角色压力的三个维度,即角色冲突、角色模糊、角色负荷差异有统计学意义;年龄、职称在职业成长的四个维度,即目标发展、技能提升、薪酬增加、职位晋升差异有统计学意义;性别在职业成长的三个维度,即目标发展、薪酬增加、职位晋升差异有统计学意义;医生角色压力与职业成长存在显著负相关关系,角色压力抑制职业成长。应提高社会、医院和医生对角色压力的重视,合理调控医生角色压力,使医生得到更好的发展。
In order to explore the connection between doctors' role stress and their career development, the doctors in third-class grade-A hospitals in Lanzhou were investigated. The results showed that there were statistical significant differences in role stress, including role conflicts, role ambiguity and role load three dimensions between the age, department and title. And the significant difference also existed between age and title in the career development, containing targeted growth, skill improvement, salary increases and post promotion four dimensions. Meanwhile, the gender existed a statistical significance in the career development, which contained targeted growth, salary increases and post promotion three dimensions. Besides, there is a significant negative correlation between the role stress and the career growth, namely, the role stress restrained the career growth. Therefore, it is necessary for society, hospitals and doctors to pay attentions to the doctors' role stress, and reasonably regulate and control it in order to promote the doctors' development.
