除气板与旋转喷吹复合净化水模拟试验研究

摘要 采用自行研制的除气板与旋转喷吹复合净化,通过水模拟试验,考察气源压力、气流量、转子转速对气泡数量及分布状态的影响规律,并对影响因素进行优化,寻找出最佳工艺参数。结果表明:该除气板可获得数量较多、细小弥散、分布均匀的气泡,经对铝液的实际除气处理,可显著提高铝熔体密度;除气板与旋转喷吹复合净化的过程中,没有产生气泡合并和液面翻滚的现象,互不干扰。 Using self-developed degassing plate and rotary impeller for complex purification, the influence of air pressure, air flow rate, rotor speed on the number and the distribution state of bubbles were investigated by the water simulation test. At the same time, the optimum process parameters were found out by optimizing the influence factors. The results show that the purging bubbles from the degassing plate are very fine and uniformly distributed and the amount of bubbles is appropriate. The degassing plate was practically applied to Al-alloy melt which can significantly improve the density of the aluminum melt. In the process of complex purification, the phenomenon of the merge of bubbles and the roll surface could not be observed without disturbing each other.
