环氧改性有机硅耐高温防腐涂料的研制 被引量:4

摘要 以自制的环氧改性有机硅树脂为基料,添加耐高温颜料SiC微粉、钛白粉及玻璃鳞片、滑石粉等填料,进行了耐高温防腐涂料的制备研究。探讨了颜基比、固化剂用量、颜填料用量等因素对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,涂料的最优配方是颜基比为1.25,SiC微粉7%,玻璃鳞片7%,mSiO2∶(mTiO2+mSiO2)为23%,云母粉8%,滑石粉4%,偶联剂3.6%,固化剂聚酰胺(占树脂总量)6%,基料中有机硅树脂含量50%。优化配方下制备的耐高温防腐涂料综合性能得到了明显改善,400℃高温测试满足国标《漆膜耐热性测定法》(GB1735-2009)的要求,耐酸、碱、盐60d涂层无起层、开裂、脱落,耐盐雾性能优异。 Using the epoxy modified silicone as the parent metal, developed a kind of thermostable anticorrosion coating by adding High temperature resistant paint SiC fine powder, titanium dioxide, glass flake, talcum powder, and so on. The effects of pigment binder ratio and different proportion of pigment and fillers on the performance of the coating were discussed. The results show that the coating of the optimal formula was pigment binder ratio 1.25 ,SiC fine powder 7% ,glass flake 7%, mSiO2: (mTiO2 + mSiO2 ) 23% ,mica powder 8%, talcum powder 4% ,coupling agent 3. 6% and curing agent 6% ,organic silicon resin content of the parent metal is 50%. High temperature resistant anticorrosive coating was synthesized under the optimal formula,and the comprehensive performance had dramatically improved. It can meet the needs of GB1735-2009 under the temperature of 400℃ ,the coating layer does not have peeling,the dehiscence, falls off in Acid, alkali, salt for 60d, excellent resistance to salt mist.
