图书馆3D打印服务与版权法研究

Study on 3D Printing Services in Library and Copyright Law

由于立法的滞后,图书馆在3D打印服务中面临着更多、更复杂的版权问题,如3D打印数字模型可版权保护的不确定性,立体复制法律地位的模糊性,版权限制政策的不适应性,权利关系的多重与复杂性。完善立法是解决图书馆3D打印服务版权问题的首要举措,其次要发挥图书馆保护版权的主观能动性,包括制定版权政策、开展用户管理、防范责任风险、挖掘有利的法律条件等。

Due to legislative lag, the library faces more and more complicated copyright issues in 3D printing services, such as uncertainty of copyrighted 3D printing digital models, vagueness of three-dimensional copy legal status, inadaptability of copyright restrictions, multiplicity and complexity of administrative relations. It is the primary measure to perfect legislation to solve copyright issues in library 3D printing services, and then the library should do the best in protecting copyright, including establishing copyright policy, managing users, preventing responsibility risk, and providing service with advantageous legislation.
