摘要
鸡骨草多糖的醇沉分级采用分步醇沉法,用质量分数为90%、70%、40%的乙醇将鸡骨草粗多糖进行分级沉淀,分别得到总多糖(PACL)和90%醇沉多糖(PACL1)、70%醇沉多糖(PACL2)、40%醇沉多糖(PACL3)三个级分。用Sephdex G-100凝胶层析法测定鸡骨草多糖PACL、PACL1、PACL2、PACL3的相对分子质量。鸡骨草总多糖PACL及分步醇沉法的鸡骨草分级多糖PACL1、PACL2、PACL3的相对分子质量范围分别为:3.779 2×10~4~3.703 39×10~5、5.236 0×10~4、7.254 3×10~4~1.392 5×10~5、1.929 30×10~5~3.703 39×10~5。高浓度乙醇沉淀的鸡骨草多糖的相对分子质量小,低浓度乙醇沉淀的鸡骨草多糖相对分子质量反而大,即表明在一定程度上,鸡骨草多糖的相对分子质量与醇沉的浓度呈负相关。鸡骨草各组分相对分子质量大小依次为:PACL1,
The total polysaccharide(PACL)and classified polysaccharides(PACL1,PACL2,PACL3)of abrus cantoniensis hance were obtained by alcohol precipitation method,and the relative molecular mass of these polysaccharides was measured by sephdex G-100 gel chromatography.The results showed that the relative molecular mass ranges of PACL,PACL1,PACL2 and PACL3fromabrus cantoniensis hance were3.779 2×10~4~3.703 39×10~5,5.236 0×10~4,7.254 3×10~4~1.392 5×10~5 and 1.929 30×10~5~3.703 39×10~5,respectively.The molecular weight of the polysaccharide of abrus cantoniensis hance precipitated with high concentration of ethanol was smaller than that precipitated with low concentration of ethanol.The relative molecular mass of polysaccharides fromabrus cantoniensis hance grass was PACL1(90%ethanol)PACL2(70%ethanol)PACL3(40%ethanol)PACL.This work ereated the base fo the further study of the pharmacological activity of Abrus Cantoniensis Hance and the screening of highl efficient drugs and food antioxidants.
