摘要
以1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶胺和十二烷基琥珀酸酐为原料,采用钼酸铵为催化剂合成了3-十二烷基-1-(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶基)-吡咯-2,5-二烷酮。考察了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量以及物质的量比等对产品收率的影响。优化工艺条件为:以钼酸铵为催化剂,石油醚为溶剂,n(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶胺)︰n(十二烷基琥珀酸酐)=1︰1.2,反应温度110℃,反应时间6h,溶剂用量为40g、催化剂用量为0.6g(相对于0.1 mol 1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶胺),产品收率达92.58%。
3-Dodecyl-1-(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperdimyl)-pyrrol-2,5-dione was synthesized from 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinamin and tetrapropenylsuccinic anhydride using ammonium molybdate as catalyst.The effects of the reaction temperature,the reaction time,the catalyst amount and the molar ratio of 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinamin to tetrapropenylsuccinic anhydride and petroleum ether were studied.The optimial reaction conditions were as follows:ammonium molybdate was used as catalyst,petroleum ether was used as solvent,n(1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinamin)︰n(tetrapropenylsuccinic anhydride)=1︰1.2,reaction temperature was 110 ℃,reaction time was 6h,the amount of solvent was 40 g,and the amount of catalyst was 0.6g(based 0.1 mol 1,2,2,6,6-pentamethyl-4-piperidinamin).The yield of product reached 92.58%.
