培育公民意识的志愿服务路径研究——以少数民族地区为例

A Study on Voluntary Service Path for Cultivating Civil Consciousness:Taking Minority Areas as an Example

志愿服务所营造出的生动活泼的参与型公民文化有助于公民意识的培育。志愿服务所蕴含的自愿性、公益性、参与性等精神内涵有助于少数民族公民主体和权利意识的培育、责任意识的提升和参与意识的培养。少数民族地区的学校应充分发挥自身优势,在思想引领、技术培训、制度完善方面促进志愿服务的进一步发展。

The spirit of voluntary service is very helpful to reform social culture. It will enhance national consciousness by generating lively and participatory civil culture from voluntary service. Voluntary,commonweal and participation are the three major components of the spirit of voluntary service. The spirit of voluntary service can develop consciousness of minority civil subject and right,enhance consciousness of minority civil responsibilities and improve consciousness of minority civil participation. The schools of minority areas should promote the development of voluntary service.
