从民族经济法适用范围、适用对象、执行者以及立法目的来看,民族经济法执行是政府部门在管理少数民族地区经济过程中,运用、组织和实施民族经济法的行为综合。民族经济法执行形式就是执法部门贯彻落实经济法的过程,具体表现为以下几种形式:核发行政许可、组织征收行为、支付行为、强化性措施以及行政处罚等。由于执法者在执法过程中倾向于自身利益最大化,在地方保护主义影响下,对经济法执行产生了较大的干扰,这需要我们给予高度重视,采取有效措施加以解决和应对。

Because law enforcement has the ability to act independently,the in the process of law enforcement tendency on the maximization of their own interests,under the influence of local protectionism,of economic law executive produced a big disturbance,which requires we give attaches great importance to and take effective measures to solve and deal with them.
