多民族联合自治县自治条例的法理解析

A Jurisprudential Analysis on Autonomous Regulations of Multi Ethnic Autonomous County

多民族联合实现自治,是我国民族区域自治制度的一大特点,制定自治条例的目的就是使之规范化、制度化,从而进一步完善民族区域自治制度。本文是以35件多民族联合自治县的自治条例为研究对象,就文本结构和文本规范的内容提出一些问题与建议,以期与学界同仁进一步斟酌和商榷。

As a major feature of the system in ethnic autonomous areas, Multi ethnic autonomous agencies of Self-government have been established,aiming to enact autonomous regulations to make it institutionalized,so as to further improve the system of regional ethnic autonomy. With specific examples, this article reviews 35 autonomous regulations collected in multi ethnic autonomous counties. Some existing problems have been raised and the corresponding suggestions have been given concerning the structure and the content of the text in an expectation to call for more attention in this field and to have a dialogue with scholars.
