摘要
为解决大流量安全阀公称流量特性试验中数据采集及数据处理关键技术难题,应用数据同步采样系统、数字滤波技术、三次样条插值及流量误差修正技术,进行了大流量安全阀特性试验数据采集及数据处理方法研究,重点阐述了容积法测流量计算中时间间隔的选取、流量修正和特性曲线分析方法。实现了大流量安全阀公称流量的精确测量,系统误差小于1%,满足MT 419和GB/T 25974.3标准中的要求。
In order to solve the key technical difficulties in data acquisition and processing during the nominal flow characteristic test of the large-flow safety valve, the paper applied the synchronous data sampling system, digital filtering technology, cubic spline interpolation and.flow error correction technology to study the data acquisition and processing method during the characteristic test of the large-flow safety valve, and focused on time interval selection of flow measuring calculation by volumetric method, flow correction as well as characteristic curve analysis method. Thus, the accurate measurement of the nominal flow of the large-flow safety valve was realized, the system error was less than 1%, which met the requirements of standard MT 419 and GB/T 25974.3.
