急性白血病发病与环境因素的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Acute Leukemia and Environmental Factors

目的探讨急性白血病发病与环境因素的相关性,同时了解相关影响危险因素。方法通过随机对照方式进行1∶1调查,调查主要采用自制问卷调查表来实施统一调查,调查内容为患者一般情况和疾病史、居室内装修、药物服用史、家族遗传史、父母吸烟和饮酒及职业等情况。结果经调查发现,白血病影响相关因素为鱼肝油服用史、X射线照射史、家族遗传病史、近1年内感冒史、胎次、居室装修、居室与高压电线间距离,P<0.05;经多因素分析,家族遗传病史(OR=4.5)、居室装修(OR=2.3)、X射线照射史(OR=3.4)、近1年内感冒史(OR=2.7)为白血病患者发病高危因素。结论儿童急性白血病发病影响环境因素较多,因此需远离高危致病因素,避免患儿发病,同时服用鱼肝油可具有一定保护效果。

Objective objective To investigate the correlation between the incidence of acute leukemia and environmental factors,and relevant risk factors.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted by way of 1：1 survey,mainly through the use of a questionnaire made in our hospital to implement a unified survey including the history of disease,living room decoration,drug use history,family history,parental smoking and drinking and occupation and so on.Results The survey found that among the relevant factors for leukemia were history of taking cod liver oil,X-ray irradiation history,family genetic history,history of getting cold in 1-year,parity,home decoration,and distance of living room with high-voltage wire,P〈0.05; multivariate analysis showed that familial history（OR=4.5）,home decoration（OR=2.3）,X-ray irradiation history（OR=3.4）,history of getting cold in 1-year（OR=2.7） were incidence of risk factors for patients with leukemia.Conclusion Children with acute leukemia are more influenced by environmental factors,and need to stay away from high-risk pathogenic factors,to avoid the incidence in children,taking cod liver oil may have a protective effect.
