B超在胃癌分期中的价值

Value of B-scan Ultrasound in the Staging of Gastric Cancer

目的探讨B超在胃癌分期中的价值。方法选取胃癌患者80例,均采用B超检查并进行分期诊断,且与术后病理分期诊断结果进行比较和分析。结果以术后病理检查结果为标准,B超检查对胃癌T、N、M分期总准确率分别为81.25%(65/80)、72.5%(58/80)、95.0%(76/80)。B超对T1期、N3期的诊断与病理分期诊断具有统计学差异(P<0.05),其余分期诊断与病理分期具有较好的一致性(P>0.05)。结论 B超对胃癌浸润胃壁的深度、肿大淋巴结及淋巴转移等胃癌分期诊断均具有较高的准确率,能为胃癌患者术前分期提供重要的参考依据。

Objective To investigate the effect and value of B-scan ultrasound in the staging of gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer were selected.All patients were diagnosed by B ultrasonic examination.The diagnosis results were analyzed and compared with the results of pathological staging after operation.Results The pathological examination results after operation were the standard.The total accuracy rate of T,N and M in gastric cancer respectively were 81.25%（65/80）,72.5%（58/80）,95.0%（76/80）.Diagnosis at T1 stage,N3 stage and pathological staging diagnosis had statistical difference（P〈0.05）,and diagnosis at other stages were in coincidence with the pathological staging（P〉0.05）.Conclusion B ultrasound have higher accuracy in the diagnosis of gastric wall invasion depth,lymph and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer staging.It can provide an important reference for the preoperative staging of gastric cancer patients.
