腹腔灌注联合静脉化疗对晚期上皮性卵巢癌的疗效及其对Notch3、CD133的影响

Efficacy of Intraperitoneal Perfusion Combined with Intravenous Chemotherapy for Advanced Epithelial Ovarian Cancer and Its Effect on Notch3 and CD133

目的观察腹腔灌注联合静脉化疗治疗晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者的临床疗效及其对Notch3、CD133的影响。方法选取晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予静脉化疗,观察组给予腹腔灌注联合静脉化疗。比较两组患者治疗前后Notch3、CD133的表达情况以及近期疗效、远期疗效。结果观察组治疗后Notch3、CD133阳性表达率较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组近期疗效、远期疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔灌注联合静脉化疗治疗晚期上皮性卵巢癌患者可有效降低Notch3、CD133的阳性率,提高患者近期及远期疗效,改善患者预后。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of intraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer and its effect on Notch3 and CD133.Methods 96 patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,48 cases in each.The control group was given intravenous chemotherapy,the observation group was treated with intraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy.Expression of Notch3 and CD133,short-term curative effect and long-term curative effect before and after treatment of the 2 groups were compared.Results In the observation group,positive expression rate of Notch3,CD133 after treatment significantly decreased compared with before treatment（P〈0.05）,and the expression of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）; The short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Intraperitoneal perfusion combined with intravenous chemotherapy for advanced epithelial ovarian cancer can effectively reduce the positive rate of CD133 and Notch3,improve the short-term and long-term curative effect,improve the prognosis of patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer.
