冶金回转窑支承系统有限元分析

摘要 对工况下大型回转窑支承系统进行理论分析,根据轮带结构和工作特点,推导出轮带内壁受力分布公式,结合有限元仿真方法,对轮带与托轮组成的支承系统进行接触非线性仿真分析,获得回转窑支承系统的应力应变规律。通过Origin软件对应力应变数据的处理,得到轮带内外壁应力应变随角度变化的曲线图。由仿真实验数据可知,在轮带和托轮接触区域的应力值最大,应力集中明显。轮带存在周期性椭圆变形,引起筒体内部耐火砖剥离与掉落;托轮轮辐孔处是托轮的薄弱处,容易造成轮孔开裂。仿真分析对回转窑支承系统的优化设计与结构改进提供了理论指导,具有一定的实用参考价值。 Theoretical analysis of the supporting system of a large rotary kiln was presented on the mechanical in the working condition. The pressure load on the inner surface of the tyre brought by the kiln shell was analyt- ically educed in accordance with the structural and running characteristics of the tyre. A non-line finite element model for the rotary kiln supporting system was developed, and the deformation and stress distribution character- istics of the supporting system of the large rotary kiln were achieved by simulated experiment. The graph, de- scribing the relation between angle and deformation or stress distribution, was obtained by Origin software. Ex- perimental results show that the maximum stress in the contact areas of the tyre and the riding wheel, and also high stress concentration occurred. The periodic elliptical deformation of the tyre existed in working condition and brought about stripping of refractory brick, and the riding wheel holes were the weakest position, which caused fracture failure of the riding wheel hole. The simulated analysis deserved to running, and could apply to structure design or development as theoretical direction.
