2010年以来特别是"十二五"期间,我国高等学历继续教育稳步发展,高等非学历继续教育显著升温,成人高等学校办学条件喜忧并存。"十三五"时期,面对良好的发展机遇和来自内外部的严峻挑战,我国高等继续教育需要树立并贯彻"五大发展理念"、重外延扩张更重内涵发展、促进高等继续教育内外衔接沟通、推动高等继续教育资源共建共享。

During the 13th Five -Year Plan period, in the face of opportunities for development and challenges both from the inside and outside, the higher continuing education in China needs to establish and imple- ment the ＂five development concepts＂ , put greater emphasis on connotative development than extensional expansion, promote the con- nection and cooperation of higher continuing education both inside and outside, and advance the co - construction and sharing of higher continuing education resources.
